    Laserable Plastic warps while engraving

I've been having a problem with the laserable plastic (ZGLD01). I've been vector cutting it to make price tags and as the laser cuts through it, the plastic warps and bends and catches the auto focus sensor, which of course then moves the whole piece and ruins the project. Any tips / advice / different settings that would help eliminate this problem would be appreciated!

Using a higher speed and more passes for the red laser color helps prevent the material from getting too hot in one place at one time. I'm not sure of the exact settings you're using right now, but you could probably double the speed and add another pass and still cut through.
