Nudge Not Working

My nudge arrows aren't working - I can hold down any of the arrows all day and nothing happens. I've had this problem a couple times before but I can't remember what the fix was for it.

You want the 'Reset all parameters' button in the options.

With GravoStyle open, press F10 (or Fn+F10 on some laptops). Also, 'Options' is the last item in the 'Edit' menu.
The button towards the bottom right of the options window that says 'Reset all parameters' will ask you to confirm, warning you that you'll have to restart the program. Click 'Yes'.

This will close the program. You will have to manually reopen it by double-clicking the desktop icon.

This is the same fix for missing rulers (I bet you've got that at this point, too) and X shapes through product images.
