ZZALP jig and the new production process

Some of you may have noticed that the manufacturing of some larger pieces has changed. There is now a milled cut 1/2" wide and 1/8" deep. The first picture shows this. This is something that production will be gradually changing due to some new manufacturing processes.

The laser files will not change for any of these products. Rather, you will need to use a ZZALP jig that you should have received this spring.

It's a 1/2" wide x 1/8" thick jig that will fit in the milled area so the piece doesn't overlap the rulers but will fit flush against them.

The ALP products were the first to be changed over and others will be changed over time.
