    IMPORTANT LASER UPDATE!

    We have just finished an very important update to the laser files for both 5.2 and 5.4 software versions. This includes many minor fixes, and a new jig for ZHMK's (Hook bookmarks, located on page 3 of the spring laser catalog) These jigs have been mailed to all stores and should begin arriving today, and will drastically improve the alignment of these items. Please call tech support for any questions regarding this change.

    Downloading Issue Fixed

    In the past week or two, we were having some issues with downloads failing halfway through, or users getting corrupted file results. We've done some tinkering with the way downloads are handled, and the download issues seem to be fixed now. As always, let us know if you have any problems!

    New Laser Support Site

    Welcome to the next version of the P. Graham Dunn Laser Support Site!

    We were stretching the capabilities of the old site, so we decided it was time to start fresh.
    You'll notice that this site has a lot more options, the old "Discussion board" is now the "Forum" and is fully integrated with the site; it's a lot easier to post news items to the front page, and it should be much easier for you to join in by uploading files, submitting news posts, and with general posts and discussion in the forum.

    Unfortunatly, the migration process is far from automatic, so we're still working on moving the old content to the new site.
    Additionally, your old user account will not be able to be moved over, so you'll have to register again on this site (sorry about that).
