ZBOM10 Mini Litho

We got the changes from the update for this piece-however we had run one over the weekend and it was ruined. We ran one after the update and the lasering was fine but the paper on the print itself comes off around the letters. It seems like it is not glued correctly. Any suggestions for this?? We now have two pieces that we are unable to sell?? replacements?? or is this our loss?? Thanks

There was a problem with the ZBOM10 file settings that has been fixed as of the Feb. 24 file update. The old file was set to drop only 0.1000 in. The updated file now drops 1.2500 in.
Wiping down lithographs is very delicate process. The way text or artwork gets engraved can leave sections of the litho free/disconnected from the rest of the print (like loops in some cursive fonts) and these are very easy to damage. I'd like to remind everyone to never spray water directly onto a lithograph. You should only dampen a soft cloth and gently wipe with that. After speaking with the store (Arrowhead), we determined that the adhesive coating on this piece was substandard; we do our best, but not every product comes out the same way every time. A replacement product will be provided.
