New 1/8" corner jig

Earlier this month a post was made about the updates to the dog tag files which now includes a 1/8" corner jig. We have not, up to this point, ever had a 1/8" corner jig. The most recent laser supplies catalogue I have does not list a 1/8" corner jig.

It seems to me that you should make sure we have access to the required jigs before you update the files. Did we miss the jig because we're in Canada dealing with a distributor or what happened here? How can we get this jig?

The 1/8" jigs were mailed out several months ago (well before the files were changed), but it looks like you may have not been on the list.
As you surmised, I believe this is due to working through a distributor. We need to keep your store on the "laser list" but be sure not to add you to our "customer list"
I'll get a jig shipped out to you today and will make a few notes to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
