in my ls100 laser the right arrow and the up arrow do not work

I practically can't move the laser head to the right or even up
everything else works perfectly
including the Z key

possible solution to the problem?

Hi Max,
When only a few buttons on the keypad stop working, that's the keypad itself having developed a fault. You should be able to order a replacement keypad membrane from GravoTech. The part number for LS100 engraver keypads should be 68329. And you can reach GravoTech at 800-843-7637.
