Red Eye Pointer Adjustment

Has anyone had any experience with adjusting the red eye pointer on the LS100? Ours is no longer in the center of the aiming mirror. I contacted Gravotech for support and they want me to remove the back cover and do some adjustments. I am not real keen on this since I don't have a manual or any pictures on what I am doing.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the red light is not well centered in the aiming mirror (the one on the right side of the machine, just below the X-axis motor), then you indeed will have to remove the back cover to perform adjustments.
GravoTech should be able to walk you through this, or I can try to help, too.
