Gravostyle Toolbar

Can you tell me how to lock a toolbar in place. I want the toolbar in Image one. But, every time we click on the engraving field, it moves to image two. Not terrible, but very annoying.

This appears to be GravoStyle 8, and probably applies to only it and other versions that have the "ribbon" type toolbars.
Just right-click anywhere (and I mean pretty much anywhere) on the toolbar at the top and uncheck "Minimize the Ribbon" (as, if it's hiding like this, it's already checked).
