How to move the tray

I am trying to build a jig for a couple of the lighter pieces and need to be able to move the table down more so that the auto-focus sensor clears my jig. Is there a parameter (Z-up?) on the marking page that allows this?

Yes, the 'Z up position' setting and value are responsible for dropping the tray before the laser head moves out overtop of the item. The preset values are set to approximately the thickness of the product and it's "default" jigging. If you improvise a different jig, you should use a larger value to drop the tray farther.
