Shivery Text

I'm having a problem with my engraver. The text on plaques comes up squiggly, like the letters are bending or shivering. The problem happens kind of inconsistently, but it has increased in frequency recently. Any graphics engrave fine, but the text is effected. I've attached pictures...

Yes,
We had to replace the motor in the engraver.
