ZMFK10 File not working

I have a problem with the file zmfk10 being misaligned. All my other engravings line up fine. When I run this file, the name always runs off the bottom of the key chain and the cross is off-center. Please check the file and let me know what's going on. Thanks!

Please see the attached photo of the product + jig.
This is a test we ran this morning, and the alignment looks very good.
I wonder if perhaps you may have used the wrong jig? There are a few other foam jigs that are somewhat similar in size/shape - please be sure that your jig looks just like the one pictured here.
