As many of you know, the replacement filters are rather expensive, and can add up to a rather large expense for a busy store.
We have tried to source these filters as economically as possible, but there is a cheaper method that may work for some stores.

It is possible to use a different blower and metal ductwork to exhaust the laser smoke directly outside, if you have the ability to reach an outside wall and drill a hole in it.
This may not work for those of you with leased buildings, or those in a mall setting, but if you can get permission, you will be able to eliminate filter usage entirely.

We don't sell any equipment to make this change, but here are some reccomendations:

1. Blower - http://www.grizzly.com/products/1-HP-Light-Duty-Dust-Collector/G1163 for $170.00 (the included filter bag is not used)

2. Metal ductwork - http://www.grizzly.com/products/4-Dia-x-5-Industrial-Straight-Pipe/G6162

The best solution is to locate the blower outside to minimize noise in your store. This setup is something that you could probably get quoted from your local heating/air conditioning contractor if you are not up to installing it yourself.
