Hi All!
I didn't know if anyone else had problems with ZALP31 (the new LOVE plaque in color) - I tried to engrave two of them and both times I was getting a very spotty finish. At first I thought it was a problem with the finish on the plaque - then i realized the settings were wrong for the power level. I ran it at the usual settings for the black plaques (30P/100S) and it came out fine.
So was there a reason the laser was set to run at 20% and 2 passes?
