Many of the laser files have caps lock stuck on. This is very frustrating and time consuming. How can we turn it off?

The Read Me First FAQ (http://www.laserengravings.info/forum/showthread.php?24-READ-ME-FIRST-Quick-Fixes-for-Common-Problems!#post141) post in troubleshooting has instructions to turn off All Caps in any version of GravoStyle.
