We got the samples of new items for the wristband and pill box. When I went to find the laser file to try it, I could not find the file. Is it in a new download. I did a download on Friday and did not see it.

The files you refer to have been in place for several weeks. Please make sure you're updating your files correctly. Double check the steps on the update page (http://www.laserengravings.info/forum/content.php?118-laser-file-updates) or check out the PDF instructions (ftp://laser:lifthimup@www.laserengravings.info/Documentation/downloading_laser_files.pdf).

Will try again. I delete the file on my desktop before I download a new file so there would not be any confusion and it downloaded. The computer said the download was complete, but i did not see the file. Maybe I am missing a step. Will go back throught procedure again. Thanks.

Maybe I am using the wrong bar code. When I look for the number on the item, I can not find it in the folder. When I download it says there are 743 items. Is this the correct number? The download goes very fast, so I don't think a new download is occuring. I have followed all the steps in the PDF file. Seems like I need to get a fresh download someway.

The latest download should have 766 items, not just 743. Your browser is either caching the download or a file with a matching name is already being found in the download location and your browser thinks it's already done. Be sure to delete any old copies of the "5.4 laser files.zip" download and if it still doesn't seem to work, clear your cache. This page (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache) shows how to do it.

Thanks. That worked. It was the cache and when I cleared it the new files came down.
