Training New Hires

I was wondering if the good folks over at P Graham Dunn had any set training program for new laser hires. Like a specific routine to help people get familiar with the gravograph program.

Jay,
As we don’t have something to offer now, we are working on creating a program that can be implemented in the retail stores to launch sometime next year. In the meantime, please refer to the Laser site. Located in the Forum Section, there is a Continuing Education tab with some great tips and advice. We are also offering retraining to any current dealer who needs a refresher. Classes will commence February-September 2012. Contact myself or Peggy Kearnes to enroll.
